  i cant even.... i am terrified of dentists and to build up the courage to get down to this one left me anxious for a few days beforehand. when i arrived i explained i have a problem with fear of dentists and Mr Duncan didnt seem bothered. he poked around in my mouth for a bit, and wiggled a tooth that wasnt doing well. it felt really uncomfortable, he said it had to come out. so he wiggled it again. on the third time he was playing with it i asked if he wouldnt mind doing it, because its really uncomfortable (not to mention he had seemed to have made his diagnosis on the first wobble, which was extraction) at this point he became very confrontational, going on about how he cant do his job etc, which seems to be wiggle teeth hes happy to extract. i reminded him that i wasnt comfortable at a dentists and he continued on a very aggressive approach offering me to leave immediately. when he asked if i preferred he do it or not, i said of course i would prefer not to do it, because im scared of dentists, at which point he ordered me to leave! he didnt listen at all to what i was saying, made no attempt to put me at ease and has left me with even more of a phobia. this was utterly negligent treatment and i will be referring this to the ombudsman. outrageous!

  Great dentist im terrified of dentist but Mr Duncan always puts me at ease and explains everything he is going to do b4 he does it takes his time and stops if i need a breather
