- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My partner has been waiting over 3 weeks for test results so she can start her treatment because of countless receptionist mistakes. Every time she has phoned to find out when the doctor will be phoning her she has constantly been fobbed off with excuses. She has phoned up today to be told that the doctor is now saying that she has to make another telephone consultation which means she could be waiting another week to two weeks. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The one star is for the nurses and health visitors who are amazing. The receptionist can be rather rude and often pick up the receiver just to hang up on you. I just tried to call to make an appointment for my one year old and it rang out twice totalling just over an hour. It's atrocious. They also have the cheek to tell you to find a new surgery if you miss two appointments. The practice manager sends you a bollocking via letter if you miss one! I'm looking around for a new gp.
